How do I create an account and manage my profile?

Creating an account with OutReserve takes just a few minutes and unlocks the ability to book your perfect outdoor getaway, manage reservations, and save your favorite properties for future trips.

Creating your account

You can create an account in two ways:

During booking: When you find a property you love and start the reservation process, you'll be prompted to create an account before completing your booking.

Before browsing: Visit outreserve.com and click "Sign Up" in the top right corner to create your account before you start exploring properties. You can create an account using just your email address or by signing up with your Google, Facebook or Apple account (we will only retrieve your profile information and cannot access other data).

To set up your account, you'll need to provide:

  • Your full name
  • Email address
  • A secure password (at least 8 characters)

Once you verify your email address, your account is ready to use!

Logging in and password help

Access your account anytime by clicking "Log In" and entering your email and password.

Forgot your password? Click "Forgot password?" on the login page, and we'll send a reset link to your email. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

Tip: Use a password manager to keep your login secure and easily accessible across devices.

Managing your profile

Keep your profile up to date to ensure smooth bookings and communication with hosts. To edit your profile:

  1. Click your profile icon in the top right corner
  2. Select "Account Settings"
  3. Update any information as needed

You can modify your:

  • Name and contact information
  • Email address (you'll need to verify a new email)
  • Password
  • Profile photo (optional but helpful for hosts)
  • Communication preferences
  • Personalization preferences

A complete profile helps hosts feel confident about your reservation and ensures you receive important booking updates.

Privacy and security

Your personal information is protected and only shared with hosts when you make a booking. You control your communication preferences and can update them anytime in your account settings. We'll never share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
