Please note that we will be unable to offer delivery the following dates May 26-June 2, it will have to be picked up and dropped off Our New 2021 Catalina Coachmam RV, whom we call the Dream Chaser! She is your home away From home! Great for that road adventure or local excursion you have been wanting to take, weekend get away, or hosting family and need more space. Our RV will make you feel like home. Also could be used as temp housing while you wait your permanent home, as we offer 30 day rentals and possibly longer if needed. Sleeps 10, 2 separate bedroom areas! TV’S in rooms and living room. TV’s in bedrooms are smart TVs so you can relax and catch up on your favorite streaming shows! The back bedroom TV also includes HDMI cord to hook up a gaming system! Electric fire place. Outside refrigerator and sink also. Take the time to enjoy as we do with the comforts you will need. Decor will be different than pics when renting linens for beds and bathroom will be provided along with kitchen items, toaster coffee pot crock pot and electric skillet. Outside led color changing lights with awning. DVD player with a collection of dvds to enjoy! Separate door to enter to bathroom from outside. Cargo carrier on back for needed space, also speakers outside for listening to music while making memories!! Queen bed in master bedroom with custom mattresss, located in front for privacy. Bed lifts for storage underneath! couch folds down to full size as does table. Second bed room in back has 2 bunks and bottom couch can fold out to sleep additional 2 people. Note:There is no generator RV has 2 AC Units, in order to run both needs to be hooked up to 50 amp, please keep in mind when renting if using generator or 30 amp site you can only use one ac at a time. 24 hour notice needed for rental
