This well-maintained 2018 Forest River RV comes ready to begin your Alaska adventure right away. Amenities include linens & bedding, dishes & flatware, cookware and even a toaster & coffee maker. Some of the comfort features on board are the power awning with speakers, automatic power leveling system, 3 TV's and a large 4-door refrigerator/freezer w/ice maker. The 2 slides increase the comfort level by adding more interior space. We also include an ice chest and 6 camp chairs. Unlimited miles and unlimited generator usage during your trip! Please remember to plan accordingly so you have time to clean and refuel the RV. Remember to leave time for you to gather all your things! This will assist with a smooth transition on both sides. -No Cleaning or disposal of fish or other wildlife inside the RV. You will forfeit your entire deposit if this occurs. -Major dirt roads are NOT allowed -Wipe down all surfaces e.g. counters, stove, microwave, bathroom sink, toilet, shower, and table. -Sweep out all areas including driver areas. Vacuum will be provided -Wash all dishes. -Clean and store folding table and chairs. -Smoking of any kind in the RV is NOT allowed. If smoking occurs, you will forfeit your entire deposit and may incur other fees. -Please do not climb on the roof. -The RV will be provided to you with a full tank of gasoline and propane. The RV must be returned with full tanks. If not returned with full tanks, a $50 convenience fee for each tank plus the cost of gas and/or propane will be applied. -Gray and black water tanks need to be emptied. If this does not occur a $50 convenience fee will be applied. -You do not need to fill the freshwater tank when returning. -No pets Included Extras: Plates, Bowls, Cups, Silverware, Pots and Pans, Utensils, Kitchen knives, Towels, Hand towels, Washrags, 6x Camp Chairs, Folding table, Linens for the queen bed. If you need anything else, please reach out, there is a chance we have it. This RV with its amenities and comfort features is a great way to truly experience Alaska in style.
