A super comfortable queen-size bed, with a mattress pad, sheets, pillows, and blankets. A full kitchen includes a large refrigerator/freezer, oven, convection microwave, and high-efficiency 3-burner stovetop. It also has everything you need to cook, bake, eat and drink, indoors and outdoors — and all the cabinets and drawers you’d need to keep things organized. Also comes with pots and pans, dishes, bowls, cups, and silverware. A comfortable bathroom and shower with a sink, instant hot water, towel racks, hooks and dispenser, and bath mats. All this on a Nexus Phantom, with a powerful Ford 7.3L V8 gas engine that is in perfect condition, drives economically and like a dream. This coach is powered by the Ford powertrain: 7.3L V8 Ford Gasoline Engine 468 lb ft of torque or power 350 horsepower 6 Speed TorqShift Automatic Transmission Please note that this RV comes equipped with the following: A fully furnished bedroom and bathroom, which includes: 2 - queen-size quilts (washed and folded) 4 - pillows with pillowcases (washed and folded) 2 - bed sheet sets (washed and folded) 4 - full size bath towels (washed and folded) 4 - hand towels (washed and folded) 4 - rolls of RV friendly toilet paper A fully furnished kitchen which includes: Cooking pots, kitchen knifes, cutlery set, plates, cups, bowls, and complete kitchen cooking utensils You can request for additional quantities from the list of items above. Please request in advance and additional charges will apply. Furthermore, this RV is equipped with a freshwater hose and a sewage disposal hose. I provide disposable rubbers gloves, complementarily. No smoking in RV. No climbing on roof. No driving on gravel or sand roads, occasional side road okay. No fish processing in RV. Please understand that Pick Up Time is 3PM and Drop Off Time is 11AM. We have a very busy schedule and many times the RV is scheduled to be released back at 3PM the same day. Please understand that if you want to pick the RV up before 3PM, if available, it will be an additional $20/hr for every hour before 3PM. Similarly, if you return the RV after 11AM, you will be charged $20/hr for any additional hour after 11AM. If you drop off the RV after 3PM, you will be automatically charged for an entire day at your daily rate plus tax. No exceptions.
