The Rolling Inn is the ultimate experience for the RV/camper life without sacrificing comfort or style. Special care and craftsmanship is displayed in every detail of this fully custom remodeled 31' Winnebago. Please note! This camper is stationary and does not move from the RV/Park. Check in time is at 4:00pm and check out is at 11:00am. It is remodeled for extra comforts including a mini-split AC system. There is a queen size bed in a private bedroom, 2 full size bunk beds, dining/living areas and kitchen with an island. The bathroom is updated with a custom shower and porcelain toilet. In the kitchen, you'll find a microwave, fridge/freezer, induction burner w/induction cookware, Air fryer oven and an instant pot for your cooking needs. For your morning wake up, enjoy coffee from the Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen is stocked for your basic meals, including dishes, glasses/cups, utensils and cooking utensils, pot/pan. An outside grill and fire pit (with a grill for cooking) is also available for either gas or charcoal grilling. We provide linens, blankets, pillows, towels, cooking utensils, knives/forks/spoons, various drinking glasses, coffee cups, coffee pods, basic spices, paper towels and RV specific toilet paper. We prefer you use our toilet paper. If you do bring TP, please make sure it specifically states it's for a RV septic system. General septic system labeled toilet paper in the paper products section of a grocery store is not RV specific. ***Please note*** - Due to safety reasons, this camper is not set up on propane, therefore, the stove/oven and original thermostat are not operable. We have provided other cooking options and mini-split cooling system for your comfort. - While Wifi is provided by the RV Park and is generally stable, you are staying in a rural area where wifi/internet may be interrupted. For this reason, Wifi is not a guarantee with your reservation and no refund will be given for no service. We have no control over the Wifi provided by the RV Park owner. - Guests understand they are staying in a camper and close to nature and woods where there are plenty of insects and flying bugs. While we do our best to control pests in the camper, is it possible that you may find an unwanted "guest" or two. We have provided bug spray if needed. Please keep the door closed as much as possible and food and trash put away. This camper is located in a wooded RV Park 10 min North of Hochatown, OK. The RV Park offers Wifi and playground. The RV Park fee is included in the camper rental price. The Park's camper site is shaded with trees/bushes which provide more privacy and space for 2 vehicles. Please let us know if you need more parking space. You will be 10-15 minutes from all the fun activities in Hochatown, Beavers Bend State Park and Broken Bow Lake. This RV Park is also close to ATV trails. It's the perfect place to visit for a relaxing getaway!
