** DELIVERY ONLY ** READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE RESERVING This 40ft Solitude is considered a 2-bedroom 1.5 bath home on wheels. As you enter, you are greeted with modern design features that include a residential sized refrigerator, gas range, microwave, smart TV, fireplace and large island. There is a large sofa with chaise that also converts to a large sleeper. The couch is a bonus sleeping area, should you need it. The RV is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, utensils & coffee maker. The front bedroom is outfitted with a King size sleep number mattress so you can get the best night's sleep. There is a washer and a dryer available. The front bathroom is very spacious with a large walk-in shower. As you walk towards the rear, you are greeted with a half bath that is also accessible from the exterior. The rear bunk room includes two upper bunks; one shorter twin and one full size. There is also a lower twin bunk along with a closet and an area for storage. Maximum occupancy: 4 adults and 4 children. The front bedroom will sleep 2 adults comfortably while the other sleeping areas are better suited for the younger ones. Due to the size of the RV, it is only available for delivery. I will deliver, set up and go over how to use everything. Special Notes: * Not available for pickup, delivery only * Towels and sheets will be provided at no extra cost * House trained pets are welcome for an additional fee * RV rental prices do not cover your site fees. I recommend booking your site first * Please ensure the site you are booking can accommodate a 40ft RV with 4 slide outs
