Sun Outdoors Paso Robles, California

Both Cassie and Esmeralda in the bar/restaurant are terrific. Great customer service and very welcoming. Cassie is very knowledgeable about things to do in the area. Our RV site #262 is ok. It would be nice if we had a site a little less exposed to the wind.

We just wrapped up our second visit to Sun Outdoors in Paso Robles, and once again, we had a fantastic experience. We stayed in a very spacious chateau on lot 161, which was an ideal location right across from one of the property's two pools, perfect for hanging out with family and friends.
The amenities in the chateau were excellent; we made great use of the propane BBQ throughout our stay, and the firepit was the highlight of our evenings, especially for making s'mores.
We also brought our French Bulldog along, and the resort is incredibly pet-friendly. There was a very reasonable $50 upcharge for the pet, which is a great deal for families traveling with furry companions. Plus, there are plenty of dedicated spaces throughout the property to let your dog stretch their legs. We’ve had nothing but great things to say about this place, we'll definitely be back!

I would like to recognize Ashley and Mallory at Cava Robles for their outstanding customer service. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure our experience was enjoyable, answering questions with patience and providing excellent service with a positive attitude.

Ashley and Mallory are both knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive to customers’ needs. Their warm personalities and willingness to help made a lasting impression. It’s clear they take pride in their work and truly care about creating a great experience for every guest.

Yami was absolutely amazing during our stay at the RV resort. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that my wife and I felt welcome and taken care of. We had a few issues with a broken table and a fire pit, and she handled everything quickly and efficiently without any hassle. She also helped refill our BBQ grill tank and even delivered firewood right to us, which made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. During our week-long stay, her dedication and strong work ethic really stood out. I also noticed she kept up with the pool furniture and made sure everything stayed clean and well-maintained. Her positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help with anything truly stood out. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her work and the people she interacts with.
