Hookups included: no water shortage, no full tanks, no generator noise. Adjacent property has pool and hot tub available for an additional fee of $50 per night if house is not rented. 3. Rent our 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath house with pool and hot tub, $300 per night. 4. Rent the 5th Wheel and House and receive $50 off your total rental price! Use of pool and hot tub included in your rental. 5. Bring your friends to our rental site! There is plenty of room at the 5th wheel location for additional rigs to set up (dry camping only). Additional fee of $10.00 per rig, per night. 6. House has additional RV hookups (50 amp). Additional fee of $50 per night. The 5th Wheel: Beautiful 5th Wheel...perfect for a family or a group of 8! 2017: 2 bed / 2 full bath 43' 5 slide outs, 2 a/c units, back door and front door entrances, 3 flat screen tv's, sound system inside and out with bluetooth, full residential stainless steel fridge, solid surface countertops. Outdoor kitchen with swing out bbq, fridge, microwave, sink, tv hookup. Great for a family with the 2 full baths...kid bathroom has a small tub. Sleeps 8. Our Permanent Location: Situated approximately 1 mile from Ocotillo Wells State Vehicular Recreational Area. The area boasts some of the best off-roading in So Cal; perfect for either novice or experienced riders, with something for everyone! The terrain is comprised of washes, small sand dunes scattered throughout, rock and hill climbing. The park is located less than 5 minutes from the 5th wheel location. Take any of the nearby washes, go under the highway and over to the park! You also have the advantage of ampm less than 5 minutes away for re-fueling, and Family Dollar for basic supplies and groceries. For your convenience, this rental has permanent hookups, eliminating all the extra work and “ucky” part of camping! The House: The house is located directly in front of the 5th Wheel location, This home was built in 2006, includes granite counter tops, travertine fireplace, and all the conveniences of "home." The pool and hot tub are located at this property. Garage is not included in rental, however, there are double gates to the backyard of the property that can be accessed to securely park all your off-road toys. This home includes additional RV hookups (50 amp) that may also be utilized by your friends for Motorhome or RV Parking. Additional Fee of $50 per night will apply. Need Off-Road Toys? No Problem! There are 2 ATV offroad rental companies less than 1 mile away. You can actually rent the vehicle and drive it to the 5th wheel or straight out to the desert! Don't Know Where You Are Going? No Problem! We can provide a Tour Guide! Tour includes 3 Hours of Off-Roading, a Lunch Stop, and a Break. $150 (Lunch not included in price) Want Your Friends To Join You? No Problem! There is enough room at the 5th wheel location for a couple of other rigs if you have friends who would like to camp with you. There are no additional hook ups so guest RVs will need to have a generator. *Additional Fee: $10.00 per night / per RV. Outdoor Ambiance Enjoy starlit evenings roasting marshmallows in your firepit! Twinkling lights strung across your campsite add the perfect touch! Your outdoor kitchen awaits, complete with refrigerator, sink, microwave and propane BBQ!
