RV overview
This Trailer is a high class, luxury travel trailer. The booth Dinette can seat 4 guests and also turns into a bed by just folding the table leg with ease. Unlike many travel trailers, this trailer has a King size bed, not the Standard Queen. The kitchen sink also has a top cover for additional counter space to utilize. You will enjoy having the high rise faucet. Outside kitchen includes grill, mini fridge and cupboard for spices. This trailer has lots of LED lights and windows to get that natural lighting! Many more to list. Take a look at the pictures and see for yourself how fun it would be to camp in this trailer. Cookware is included with cooking utensils. Paper towels and 4 rolls of toilet paper included at no extra charge. Fresh linens for master bed and pillows for bunk house. Two bath towels, two wash cloths and one hand towel. We also include a Keurig coffee maker, a toaster, common spices for cooking, and s’mores sticks. We also include shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Do you rent to all Festivals and is there a price increase? Some festival, yes. There will be an additional fee for all festivals. The amount varies depending on the type of festival, as festival use often causes extra wear and tear, heavier generator use, and extended cleaning and maintenance needs. Outdoor conditions like dust, mud, rain, or heat can increase the impact on the trailer. Each festival is different, so fees are calculated case by case to cover these extra costs and ensure the trailer remains in excellent condition for all renters. A dumping fee of $60 will be added to the trip. NO SMOKING. A charge of $500 will be taken out of deposit if any sign of smoking. Toilet paper flushed will result in $150 fee from deposit. Please throw away any toilet paper in the trash can provided. Please wash all your dirty dishes, wipe all counters, sweep and mop floors. Clean outside grill if used. Take out all trash from your stay before returning. Failure to do so will result in $100 fee from deposit. Signs of any pets, pet damage, stains or smells will be a charge of $350 and will be taken out of deposit.
