We got to explore the only National Rainforest in the United States, drive along Bison in Montana, got stuck in a wild fire in Santa Barbara and almost lost the motorhome, had encounters with waterfalls, tidepools and sneaker waves, got to swim in glacial water. ...... Bike racks that hold 6 bikes are very hard to come by. The bikes are very easy to get on and off. No extra cost for the bike rack. Just let me know that you need it. * adding the bike rack does add about 5-6 feet on to the end of the 33ft motorhome. Just be aware. With us being able to provide the stuff that's not fun to bring, you can focus on what you really need to bring. And then we will do our walkthrough and teach you exactly what you’ll need to learn to make hitting the road a huge success for you and your family! This 2019 Jayco Alante is perfect for the beginner to novice. Setup is sometimes just the push of a button. JayCo claims that this rig sleeps 10, but really it sleeps 8 comfortably. A camping queen size bed that sleeps two drops down over the driver and passenger seats. The dinette converts into a bed that sleeps one adult or two kids. The sofa quickly converts into a sleeper for two. There are two mid bunks. Even though the bunks are great for kids, they can sleep someone up to 6 feet tall. The master bedroom has a large queen that sleeps two. The best thing about it is the drive. Largest windshield in the industry. The best place to see sights is from the driver’s seat. Very comfy ride. There are five total TVs in the rig. If you have people that don't like camping, they will still like going in this rig. Engine: Ford F53 (F450) V-10 Gas Engine. Takes good ole’ regular unleaded. You don’t have to mess with Diesel or DEF. With the higher Diesel prices, you'll enjoy much less $$ at the pump by using regular 87 unleaded. Electric: 30amp service electric powers both AC units. With a converter, you can plug into a single household plug and run most of the unit and up to one AC unit with a strong breaker. Also equipped with a Cummins generator that uses the gas from the gas tank of the rig. Simply push a button to start the generator and have enough electric to run everything needed on your RV. Entertainment: There are a total of five TVs. You have a Large TV that comes up out of the counter top. Stores away for less distraction. Large TV outside as well, great for entertaining. We watched the Super Bowl on the outside TV. You’ll have cable hookups if the campground provides cable and the rig is equipped with analog antenna to pickup TV stations through the air. There is also an HDMI in port if you want to bring a laptop computer or video game system.
