Hello friends, a little about me. I’m a retired navy vet and a wood wood worker. I thought I would be using my camper much more, but time hasnt allowed for it. So I’m renting out my baby to y’all. Please treat her well, I would very much appreciate it. This camper is new and has only been used a handful of time. It’s very clean, easy to haul and very cozy. Free delivery and pick up to chatfield state park between November and April. In the front, there is a 52"x 74" sized bed with overhead cabinets, a closet, and a nightstand all to help you enjoy a good night's rest! I’ve upgraded the mattress to a pillow top and it is a great sleeping experience. If you're ready for camping near or far, you will want an easy to tow, lightweight Keystone Springdale Mini travel trailer. This model includes a power awning with LED lights, a pass-through storage compartment for all your gear, and LCI SolidStep entry steps for your convenience. The interior is made bright and open with a Whitewashed brick accent wall, larger windows, and lighter vinyl flooring throughout. Plenty of storage space as well. These travel trailers also include safety measures for your peace of mind, including GFI receptacles, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, plus more! Pick up and drop off is very flexible and I’m happy to accommodate early pick ups and later arrivals in most cases. Times can be adjusted upon request for morning pick up and afternoon drop off Dry camping only from November 1st to April 1st. No exceptions. This means there will be no running water, toilet, sink, or plumbing of any kind in the camper during the winter months. The plumbing will be winterized. The heater works great and winter camping is still a blast. I do have a mini portable toilet that can be used during this time of you like. Awning is not to be used due to rental insurance not covering awnings.
