All trash is to be removed and basic cleaning supplies are available along with vacuum and dust pan. You can also wish to choose the cleaning fee of $100 to enjoy your time to the fullest. -Any deep cleaning needed such as stains on seating, mud, sand, scrubbing of awning will have an add on fee of $175
