I had a great stay over the weekend in 5/2026
The park is older it’s well maintained the pool and clubhouse was immaculate with plenty of chairs and tables and lounge chairs. I stayed four nights and had no problems whatsoever.
The park is gated but I believe the gate is not operating but I did see a security guard patrolling the park and parked at the entrance over night. I felt safe at all times. There are laundry facilities available the restrooms and showers were clean. I made my reservation with Good Sam that made everything smooth
I arrived at about 3pm after hitting the Walmart just down the block. Manager was expecting me and had a gentleman waiting to help me get into my spot. I did not need any help the lot was huge under an old oak tree with a large concrete patio. The site was located up front right in front of the pool
I could not have been more pleased.
I will definitely be returning soon.

Avoid by all means! We’ve done many RV trips all over the country, and this is by far the worst campsite we’ve ever stayed at. The lots are so smal that RVs and trailers are squeezed in like sardines. There is one shower stall and one toilet for the entire campground, and people were literally waiting in line just to use it.
The office was closed when we arrived, with no form of contact whatsoever. It was impossible park in the spot assigned to us, and there was no one to help or explain what to do.
And as for the neighbors, there was an actual police raid on the trailer parked next to us, to give you an accurate picture of the place.

I drove down to Hollywood to look for a RV parks to stay for 6 months. This park is so run down and dirty. The pictures are old and does not show the real condition.
