The camper also has a second AC unit in the bunkhouse. *Master bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed *Separate large bunkhouse room - sleeps 4 *Dinette table breaks down to a large sleeping area *Full kitchen with large a refrigerator, stove/oven/microwave *Smart TV's *Plenty of storage space for all of your things *All bedding/pillows towels/ wash cloths hand soap/ dish Soap * Plates/bowls forks/ spoons/ knives/ cups * Keurig coffee maker * Pots/ pans/bowl's coffee cups toaster *Electric grill/ spatula/ tongs *4 Outdoor folding chairs *Large outdoor rug *Mop/ broom/ dustpan/cleaning supplies if needed *Very large outside cooking area with sink/electric griddle/refrigerator and microwave. *We spend much time and effort disinfecting and cleaning the camper between rentals. We literally clean everything with disinfectant and clean all bedding and towels, etc. on the highest hot water setting possible, often washing everything twice. *****We have a 4-night minimum on all major federal holidays *****
