Guest transportation is not included. You must reserve and pay for your campsite or parking spot in advance. Please make sure your site allows RV delivery and has adequate space for the trailer. Sleeping Arrangements This trailer is designed so everyone has a comfortable place to sleep. -Queen bed in the main sleeping area -Double bunk beds -Pull-out sofa bed -Convertible dinette bed Kitchen & Cooking You’ll have everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Indoor Kitchen Includes: -Cookware and dining essentials for up to 8 guests -Keurig coffee maker with complimentary K-cups -Toaster Outdoor Kitchen Includes: -Built-in grill -Mini refrigerator -Outdoor sink Bathroom & Showers -Indoor shower and bathroom -Outdoor shower for rinsing off after outdoor activities Linens -Linens are provided for the queen bed and bunk beds -Guests should bring linens for the sofa bed and dinette bed -Pillows and shower towels are not included Comfort & Entertainment Relax and enjoy your stay with several comfort features: -Electric fireplace -Mounted TV -JBL radio system -Outdoor speakers for music at your campsite Delivery & Additional Fees Delivery fee: $150 round-trip for the first 60 miles –100 miles: Additional $5.00 per mile Dumping fee: A required $50 fee if the campsite does not provide a sewer hookup Let us handle the delivery, setup, and pickup so you can focus on enjoying your trip and making great memories.
