This clean and comfortable toy hauler is approximately 29 feet long and sleeps up to six people. Features include: Rear loading ramp and cargo area Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove and microwave Bathroom with shower Air conditioning and heat Plenty of storage Comfortable sleeping and dining areas Freshwater, gray-water and black-water tanks Rental Policies and Rules Tow Vehicle Requirements: An approved, properly equipped pickup truck is required. No cars or small SUVs. Tow vehicle must have a manufacturer-rated towing capacity of at least 10,000 pounds. Properly rated receiver hitch, 2-5/16-inch ball, seven-pin electrical connection and working trailer-brake controller are required. Tow vehicle must have adequate payload and tongue-weight capacity. Renter must provide proof of insurance, valid driver’s license and tow-vehicle information before pickup. Tow vehicle and hitch setup are subject to inspection and approval. Rental will be refused if the equipment is unsafe or improperly rated. General Rules: Renter must be at least 25 years old. No smoking or vaping inside the trailer. Pets require prior approval. No climbing or storage on the roof. Recreational vehicles or equipment placed in the cargo area require prior approval and must be properly secured. Cargo cannot exceed the trailer’s weight or loading limits. Trailer may not be taken off-road or driven on unsafe or restricted roads. No travel into Mexico or Canada without written approval. Only approved drivers may tow the trailer. Renter is responsible for tolls, tickets, campground fees and towing expenses. Renter is responsible for damage occurring during the rental period. Trailer must be returned clean and in the same condition in which it was rented. Holding tanks must be completely emptied before return unless dumping service has been arranged. Propane and other supplies must be returned at the agreed-upon levels. Late returns, excessive cleaning, unemptied tanks, missing equipment or damage may result in additional charges. No modifications or repairs may be made without the owner’s permission. A complete walkthrough and equipment inspection will be conducted at pickup and return.
