✨️WE NO LONGER OFFER DELIVERY✨️ | Things To Know About The Rig| -There is 1 slide out (the entire dinette slides out!) on the driver side. Please make sure all debris is cleared & there is no objects in its path when operating. -There is an outdoor 'kitchen' in the rear passenger side, including a mini fridge, small griddle & a K-Mini Keurig. There may be K-Cups to use but we recommend you bring your own. It's the perfect setup for breakfast making! -There is an outdoor shower setup on the outside rear of the camper. -We have all hoses/connectors & level blocks for a full hook up stationary setup in the storage cubby. -There is an awning that extends almost the entire passenger side, that has LED lighting for late night hangs & outdoor rug for under the awning. -Our camper doesn't come w/ a Generator or Battery on board. -There will be an onboard propane tank, we don't guarantee how much fuel will be in it. We don't require it to be re-filled if used, please be mindful & return a tank on the rig regardless of the fill level. -We do have a couple small things we require you do before returning the rig to us. There will be instructions in the rig at time of pick up like dumping tanks & cleaning out the rig to the best of your ability. |Inside Our Camper| -NO SMOKING (You will be charged a fee if scent of cigarette/weed, etc. is present.) -Our camper has basic utensils/dishware (for 3 kiddos, 2 adults), cleaning supplies (dish/hand soap, disinfectant spray), cookware (pots/pans), first aid kit, RV toliet paper, paper towel & hand/bath towels. -The Kitchen has a spacious fridge/freezer combo w/ a cabinet for food storage. (I recommend using the under dinette storage!) -We installed a ROKU smart TV w/ a swivel mount for rainy days. It's user-friendly. If you log into your streaming platforms, we don't check/log you out after your stay. -We store a couple yard games/card games and tabletop camping high chair in the under dinette cubby. - There is 3 rugs in the rig, 1 in the main area, 1 at the front door, 1 in the bathroom. |Sleeping/Beds| -All of our beds will be dressed w/ a sheet, no other bedding will be supplied. -Our murphy styled bed has been upgraded to Sleep Number - Queen sized Bed - There will be instructions on how to adjust it & store it to be able to use the couch in the rig. The bed has independent firmness control, so each sleeper can have their ultimate comfort. We have a blackout curtain that extends the entire length of the bed for added privacy. -Our U-Shape Dinnette converts super easily to a Queen-ish (wider than a queen) sized bed. There is also cubbies under the benches for any storage needed (the sheet will be in there for the bed, no other bedding in supplied). It can fit 1 adult or 2 small kiddos. - Our Full Size Bunks have cubbies for in bunk storage. There's USB plugs on the wall & push button puck lights above each bunk. They comfortably sleep 2 kiddos or 1 young adult each. -Under the bunks is a cubby that's a great space for your pup. We don't supply a dog bed, but our yellow lab & his bed fit under there on our trips. We don't want any animals on our furniture or animals being left alone in the trailer. Any damages will be charged accordingly. |Customer Hauling| ✨️WE NO LONGER OFFER DELIVERY. ✨️ We are currently ONLY booking customer pick up & drop off. We will walk you through the rig at time of pick up and are more than willing to answer any questions. |Campground Picking| -Consider booking a campsite that has full hookup. So you'll have ease of water & sewer usage. -30 AMP is required wherever you're camping to be able to rent our camper w/ any electricity hookup availability. ►Sewage Note: Whether you have on site sewage hookup or dump station in the park you're staying in, we require that you drain the black & grey tanks completely & clean out the connector hoses at the end of your trip before returning the rig to us. There are lots of quick & easy tutorials available online for how to effectively clean them out. If you do not have sewer but are using water keep in mind it only takes about 13 minutes of running the sinks to fill the tank. Its meant for very sparce use especially over extended stays! ►If the tanks do not come back empty, there will be a disposal fee of $100.
