41 ft of pure family fun. This unit is clean as can be. It offers lots of room for big families. It’s almost like having a 4 bedroom. The master suite includes huge closet, dresser, tv. The 2nd bedroom has a fold out couch that turns into a 9” memory foam queen size bed. It has its own closet space with additional 43” tv, perfect for video games on those rainy days. Above the bedroom is the Loft/3rd bedroom . It’s features a queen size bed. Our kids call it the “tree house”. Not a lot of headroom but perfect for sleeping, reading, or just hanging out. The living room (4th bedroom) is a rear living experience with a lots of huge windows, 55” tv, fireplace, dual recliners that lay back almost flat, (great for someone with back problems like myself. The couch folds out into a 9” memory foam bed. The dinette becomes a full size bed as well. Altogether this unit includes 1 king size bed, 3 queen size beds, and a full. The kitchen has a side by side refrigerator, island sink with attached sprayer, lots of pantry space, gas stove top and oven, microwave, also a Keurig coffee pot (you bring the K-cups) limited kitchen utensils and dishes. This is a state of the art unit with dual Air conditioning for those hot summer days. (50 amp site specific) it will run on 30 amp but you won’t be able to run both ACs. The bathroom has a huge walk-in residential size shower.
