This compact, lightweight bunkhouse is designed for a family of four—ideally two adults and two children or young adults. It provides the comforts of home without the size and complexity of a larger trailer. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS • Standard residential queen bed, approximately 60" × 80" • Two individual bunks rated for up to 300 pounds each • Fresh bedding, pillows, and linens • Crib available upon request • Maximum occupancy: four guests The dinette does not convert into a bed. FULLY STOCKED The camper includes nearly everything your family needs: • Cookware, dishes, cups, silverware, and utensils • Hand soap, dish soap, cleaning supplies, and RV-safe toilet paper • Seasonings, cooking oil, coffee, snacks, and pantry basics • Family games and movie projector • Outdoor rug and four camping chairs • Outdoor grill, roasting sticks, and folding table • Backup camera and other camping essentials Renters should bring clothes, toiletries, refrigerated food, and any food needed for dietary restrictions or allergies. MOVIE PROJECTOR The included projector is wired and not Bluetooth enabled. Renters must provide a compatible laptop, any device-specific adapter needed, and their own internet connection or mobile hotspot for streaming. A campsite with 30-amp electrical service is recommended for full use of the camper’s electrical equipment. DELIVERY AND SETUP Delivery is available within 30 miles of Howell for a flat $25 fee. We will position and level the camper, connect the available electrical, water, and sewer hookups, and provide a thorough walkthrough. We’ll explain the appliances, bathroom, holding tanks, tankless water heater, climate controls, awning, backup camera, and other equipment. Delivery is ideal for first-time campers or families who want to arrive without towing or setting up the trailer themselves. SELF-TOWING For approved self-towing rentals, a sway-control hitch system is included. The tow vehicle must be verified before pickup, have sufficient towing capacity, and be equipped to operate the trailer’s electric brakes. SUPPORT We provide direct phone support throughout your stay and will respond as quickly as possible to questions about operating the camper. Applicable emergency roadside assistance is provided separately through RVshare. RULES AND POLICIES • Maximum occupancy: four guests • Minimum renter age: 30 • No pets or animals • No smoking or vaping • No festivals • No passengers inside while the trailer is moving • Report damage or equipment problems promptly • Remove all trash and personal belongings before return • Return the camper reasonably clean To protect the camper and accommodate renters with allergies, pets and animals are not permitted inside or outside the camper during the rental. Unauthorized animals violate the rental rules. Resulting hair, stains, odors, cleaning, or damage will be documented and charged through RVshare. Service animals will be handled according to applicable law and RVshare requirements. CLEANING AND HOLDING TANKS Routine cleaning between rentals is included. A $150 excessive-cleaning fee may apply if the camper is returned with excessive trash, stains, odors, food debris, or mud. Damage and repair costs are separate. Renters must completely empty the black and gray holding tanks before returning the camper. A $40 dumping fee applies if the tanks are not emptied as agreed.
