RV overview
Like new 2024 Camper. My wife and I purchased this in March of 2025. Usage in 2025 was primarily break-in / startup for warranty purposes and one late season rental. The camper is fully stocked, including but not limited to: shower towels/wash clothes, linens, blankets, cookware, silverware, drink ware, coffee maker, toaster, electric skillet, blow dryer, mobile device charge cables, electric wine cork opener, games, FireTV stick/remote, handyman tool box, extension cord, leaf blower, air compressor, camp chairs, LED lantern, flashlight, all necessary fresh water and sewer hookups, etc. One queen bed with privacy curtain and one convertible dinette bed. Has everything a couple or small family needs for camping with full hookup, partial hookup or off the grid. See additional options available to rent for additional charges (i.e. generator, additional solar 200w solar panel, hitch mount 4 bike rack, 42" exterior mount TV, etc). Camper has dual 7 gallon propane tanks, dual 12v batteries with 200W roof mount solar panel, power tongue jack, power stabilizer jacks (not levelers), front LED docking lights, full LED lighting inside and out including the power awning. Tow-able with a half ton truck or full size SUV. V8 engine or equivalent recommended. FYI - bathroom is a dry bath (i.e. toilet is separate from shower). Pending delivery availability, I will deliver for flat fee to recommended destinations in this listing, or on a per mileage bases. Please see delivery details. Tips and Tricks to operating the Camper easily ? - The Host will supply a five page Quick Start guide as well as a comprehensive twenty-five page Complete User Guide upon booking. Included in both of these documents are QR codes for quickly accessing "How-To" videos on your mobile device. Also,included is a detailed listing of all camper inventory supplies and corresponding storage location so you can confidently plan your camping adventure in advance. Also, all camper delivery charges are based on the RV Site having full RV hookups: Water, electric and sewer. There are additional charges if fresh water tank requires filling and black/grey tanks need to be dumped after picking up.
