What Guests Are Saying
Pin Oak RV Resort is praised for its affordability, cleanliness, and spacious lots, with a friendly staff that provides excellent hospitality. While some guests appreciate the beautiful scenery and amenities like the pool and playground, there are concerns about high monthly rates, road maintenance, and limited privacy due to close site proximity. Overall, it offers a decent experience for short stays, though improvements in facilities and management are desired.

This is what all RV parks should be like. Affordable. Clean. Large sized lots. Friendly staff. Great! If you like to ski, it was less than 30 minutes from Hidden Valley.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five-Star Experience for Travelers!
"I originally picked this park because it’s a high-and-dry site that doesn't flood, but it turned out to be so much more. The scenery is beautiful, the pool is great, and the lots are very spacious! As a travel nurse, I’m incredibly grateful for Ms. Loretta and the staff; they were so kind and even helped me out financially with my crazy weekend commute schedule. Highly recommend this park for their amazing hospitality and wonderful facilities!"

$900 a month is crazy work. Terrible roads terrible drainage for the roads. What are you doing with $900 a month that you can't put gravel down management blames corporate. What a great back and fourth game. I can pay rent on a house and a car payment for $900. Why is their a lake on the road... I know of at least 4 people are paying upwards of $900 a month. Why are their so many problems packed in like sardines wet roads mud mess. I hauled in my own gravel to level an area so it wasn't a pond before you go inside. I'm just blown away y'all collect that kinda money and can't do basic work around your grounds I've offered to haul the gravel for a good fix on the roads but nope corporate won't approve it they say. I'm here trying to help improve this place but they can't even break out the tractor or skid steer they have to level the rock I bought to help them on my lot. I had to hand shovel it. This is what $900 a month gets you. Unlevel pads dead trees ponds on your pad mud everywhere. Really a terrible place and overpriced. $900 a month for a wet pad 2ft from the next wet pad.

sad that rent here is as much as a house basically. JUST for a pad to put your camper on with hookups. I swear these are the same prices as the summer time. I was told when the OG owner had this place rent during winter time was 350!!! what happened to that? this place is just stingy now. none of them even do anything they just pocket the money when alll of there amenities could definitely be fixed!! washers suck they will RUIN your things, the shower houses are disgusting!!! i dont even think they know how to fix them. some of the office ladies are VERY rude. and yea they will reply to this “we will fix it” no. you won’t. I do NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. feels like we are just being scammed. There’s no “dog park” you can’t play with them outside or you get bitched at. literally. LOWER YOUR PRICES!!!!

Campground yes. Resort??.
Make sure you get the site you pay for. Mostly permanent residents. Well kept park good for overnight stay.
This is a nice RV Campground. A nice playground for the kids and very nice swimming pool.
Most of the sites are very close together.
There is no cable, there are no local TV channels to speak of, you get one free internet connection good only for surfing
If you want to stream with their Wi-Fi it cost extra.
All utilities are readily available and functional.
