Cute and Unique older camper. It's not perfect, I wouldn't even call in glamping but it's cozy. It's a good size for a small family, it's easy to tow and you can bring your pets along with. We want renters who are going to treat the camper with the care that it deserves to prolong its life for many years to come. Even though it's an older camper, everything still works and or has been restored to working condition. Fully stocked with supplies. You must bring your own linens, blankets and pillows. The two couches convert to the beds, which are not very comfortable. Bring a sleeping pad or extra blankets for extra padding. The bathroom is very very tiny. Toilet works, sink works, shower works but should really only be used to rinse off, or wash your hair. Not enough room to do much more. The lights, and water pump work off of battery. For power to plug-ins, AC, Heat and Fridge, you must be connected to power. Upon pickup and or delivery, we can give you a full overview and teach you how to use everything but I have provided step-by-step instructions for the water heater, the heater, how to turn on the fridge, how to use the propane, how to use the stove and all appliances. She does have some wear and tear, she's from the 80's but such a fun little groovy camper. Happy Camping!!
