RV overview

Hey, you’ve found just the right little RV for going to mountains, the beaches, or your local (or not-so-local) campgrounds. NEWBIES or VETERANS: This well-kept 2021 Minnie Winnie is PERFECT for you to break-in your camping skills. Everything you need, nothing you don’t. Bigger than the Promaster Class Bs, but not too much to handle. Truly, in our minds this 26-footer is the best balance with plenty of room to sleep, hang out, and cook, but small enough to drive, park, and maneuver fairly easily. If you’ve ever driven a large van or shuttle bus, it feels like that. We personally preferred to have ZERO slides on our RV so thats one more thing to not worry with. LAYOUT & SLEEPING: Sleeps five. Winnebago says it sleeps six, but I wouldn’t sleep on that dinette conversion personally. Two in the master, two in the bunkhouse, and one on the couch. If you are a single, couple, or small family, we feel this is going to be just the perfect size for you. FULLY STOCKED: All the plates, cups, and utensils you’ll need. Just provide the food. Has a drip coffee-maker, toaster, pot & pan, etc. Linens all provided. Has rear AC unit that works well hooked up to external electricity or ran via onboard propane generator. Gets approximately 10 mpg like most of these RVs. PETS: 1-2 small dogs allowed, however you will be liable for any damage they incur. Clean up any happy accidents quickly. TV & INTERNET DVD player in the front TV (classic DVDs available) and Roku streaming in the back TV. Sign-in to your streaming services in Roku guest mode and it will erase all data upon your checkout. HOW-TO: Will personally provide tutorial on all systems upon pickup. STATIONARY SETUP: Free stationary setup at your rented spot at Mayo Lake Campground. We actually prefer this! Slot needs to be able to accommodate 26 ft camper. DELIVERY: Considering delivery? Great! I can help you. A few quick thoughts... - Can deliver near RDU at the Sheetz gas station close to the airport - Sunday pick-up & drop-offs will need to work around my schedule as a local minister. For example, I will be unavailable for pick-up or drop off 7am-1pm on Sundays. - Camping local-ish and would rather me deliver & setup the RV (and you not drive it)? I can do that too. Be sure to let me know in your booking request. Delivery fee is calculated by distance. Up to 100 mi. - Delivery is a great option! Please coordinate with me and let me know what you're thinking. I deliver up to 100 mi. REACH OUT: Any questions at all, please do shoot me a message, and I’ll be happy to answer. OVERALL: We think you’ll enjoy Story the RV. Book today and begin writing this chapter of yours and your family will never forget it. ***WINTER RENTING PRECAUTION*** “Story” CAN be rented during the winter months! However, if there is a hard freeze in the area during your rental period, please understand there is always a possibility of losing water & lavatory due to frozen pipes, pump, etc. We will have a heated water hose for you to help ensure this doesn’t happen, however please know it is a possibility. All RVs will have this issue as frigid air underneath can freeze the pipes. Heat furnace will not be affected as it is propane fueled. **Important notes: — If booked to pick up on Sunday, I will be unable to assist until after lunchtime as I am preoccupied as a local minister.
