This Beautiful vacation residence is a Brand-New Heavy Class C Bunkhouse unit (Not Class A) It drives and handles like a LUXURY pickup in high winds or speeds up to 75 mph (unlike the dangerous class A models). The fuel mileage could reach as high as 15 MPG on eco-mode. This unit has 4-wheel drive, 10-speed transmission with four drive modes for towing-snow-sand-or economy driving. Ford's 6.7 gen 3 diesel motor is Quiet, Powerful and sits on the upgraded Ford 600 chassis with 12,000 ld. towing capacity. The unit as two automatic transfer fuel tanks totaling 68 gallon and should be able to get you around 700 miles. It has some great safety features like Automatic Braking, lane change cameras with warning sensors and modern conveniences like auto high/low beam headlights, Bluetooth, Apple Car play with Navigation, seatbelts for 6 including child seat harness (which a lot of the old units don’t have), a backup camera with speakers so you can hear the people helping you back up. The unit comes with a King Size MB, 2 Bunkbeds with I-Pad mounts, 70” dream table/bed conversation and the lowest entry large queen size loft bed with picture window in the industry. Other additional features like 2 inside 1 outside TVs, USB ports everywhere, auto-wind retracking awning, LED lighting, full residential fridge with ice maker, convection oven/microwave, gas and induction stove tops, 6000 watt auto-start generator with 1800 watt inverter with on-demand source change, 100 watt solar panel (just enough to keep the batteries topped off), 2 roof air conditioners, a 30,000 btu gas air ducted heat along with an on-demand hot water system which can take care of the whole family, 75 gallon freshwater tank and/or shore connections for water, cable and electric (50/30 Amp), max adult occ 6, 4 children must be in seatbelts up-to age 17, I also reserve the right to up charge or decline any booking that doesn’t fit my normal preferred booking risk. Winter bookings heading south maybe available but up charges for winterizing would be about $500. Additional Mileage and cleaning fee maybe charged upfront for certain bookings.
