The master bedroom downstairs has an RV king size bed. Sleeps 8 total with the 2-sleeper sofas in the living room. Enjoy relaxing in the front living room with 2 sofas (pull out beds) and a 2-person recliner with heat and message features, while enjoying the beautiful fireplace. Occasionally we can accommodate locations outside this range dependent upon where they are. This is one of the nicest RV’s in the area. You’ll enjoy sipping your favorite beverage inside this beautiful home away from home, or outside enjoying the weather, nature and time with friends and family!! You’ll need to make sure your chosen camp site can accommodate a 44.5’ fifth wheel with 50-amp service and sewer connection. The water service in this coach is both a blessing and a curse. The great part (blessing) is that all faucets/shower have great water pressure compared to most RV's...however, this means (the curse) that the waste tanks tend to fill up faster which is why it is important to try and get a site with full hookups. :) We try to stock the RV with basics to get you started. Items like a roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, a few trash bags, sponge, dish soap, hand soap etc. Your furry family members (dogs only) are more than welcome, provided they are house broken. There is a small pet fee assessed per puppy-dog. We DO NOT however, allow kitties as they're claws can be quite destructive. We want each of our guests to know that we will make our very best efforts to ensure all items are functioning. However, given that items can and occasionally do fail, we make no guarantee of their availability. We will inform you if something may not be working prior to delivery.
