Grounds were beautiful, scenery, wild animals and lake was a great experience. I didn’t give 5 times because the bathroom near our site was horrible- millions of flies everywhere- you couldn’t even use the bathroom.

The only thing missing was the bath house! Waterfront sites are really great.

I always stay at the upper camp at Susquehanna. It can get busy on the weekends but very peaceful during the week. The lower campground is a freaking ZOO!

While the location is outstanding - the bathrooms are atrocious, they couldnt be used. Nearest showers are at least 20 minutes drive away. Car space states back in when booking but in fact there is a parking lot and steep descent to get to the campsite. So all of the items must be carried down. Very dangerous when its wet outside, especially in the mornings - both me and my husband slipped at least once. We were super lucky that noone else booked on the same parking lot and area we did, but if you are booking space #61, 62, 63 or 64 - be aware that there may be another tent literally right next to yours as campsites located literally table to table.

Great camping spot for a fishing trip or family fun. Close to water makes it easy to get on a boat or go swimming.

Our site was very clean and flat. It was fairly private also. We had some trouble backing out 29ft camper into the camping spot as it was uphill on gravel so we you need 4x4 for sure! We had a nice view of the water even though we were not water front. Had to walk down hill to the water and pass other campsites to get to the water.
