Brand new sleeper sofa installed October 24th 2020 ****this is a large RV 35 ft long and 13.6 ft high about the size of a city bus*** no special license needed. Please provide your own sheets, blankets and pillows until the Covid is under control. the RV is cleaned and sanitized between rentals. brand new generator installed March 2023.
