Very spacious trailer with two slideouts and extremely comfortable. High quality cabinetry, full kitchen, and large living room space compliment the large bedroom, complete with full shower and bath. This trailer is a true four-season camper and can be used year round, hot or cold. A power awning, air conditioning, and quality sound system make this trailer an ideal unit for long and short term rentals. A massive 29 gallon water heater and pump allows for real showers. Kitchen includes a sink, stove, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave. All cabinetry is made of real wood - not particle board. The countertop is made of granite and feels very much like home. The air conditioning unit was recently serviced and works like a charm! The fireplace and heater both work to keep the trailer nice and toasty when needed. A three-zone sound system connects to your device via Bluetooth or auxiliary cable as needed, including external speakers to enjoy under the awning. The entertainment system includes a 34" television and DVD player. The sound system connects readily to your bluetooth device! Feel free to bring your own HDMI devices to plug into the TV. The fireplace can be turned on without the heat enabled to create ambiance even during the summer months. The trailer works well with or without hookups. An 84 gallon fresh water tank and two 30lb propane tanks mean you can go off-grid for a week or more if needed.
