Hey folks! You will be impressed with my 2018 Ice Castle RV edition! Intended to be used in the middle of summer or on a frozen lake during winter this unit features all of today's modern amenities in an 8x17 ft unit capable of being pulled by a half ton pick-up truck or SUV with a 2 inch ball. The unit weighs 5,360 lbs and has electric brakes. Requires round 7 pin electrical receiver connection on tow vehicle. Roof top A/C, refrigerator, microwave, four burner gas stove and oven, hot water heater, stand-up shower, flushing toilet, retractable awning, LED lighting and city water hook-ups. A 2200W or 3600W gas generator is also available for an additional charge. Two dinettes; one converts to a lower bunk bed while the other converts to a full size bed. Sleeps a total of five adults comfortably. I am 6'1" and fit nicely in all bunks! Rear dinette has a bay window which allows for 270 degree seating. Unit lowers to the ground making entry/exit easy with no stairs. No jacks to mess with either, just a winch on each wheel and one on the tongue. It is a very comfortable, well built and reliable unit which will add great memories to your next adventure. Unit is well maintained, everything works and is very well taken care of. Fire extinguisher, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed and all have fresh batteries. Unit is equipped with basic cooking utensils so no need to bring your own. Bring your own pillow and sleeping bag/blankets and you are good to go. Depending on my schedule and your intended destination I am willing to deliver and set-up prior to your arrival for an additional mileage cost of $0.58 per loaded mile. This rate includes unlimited generator use and two full 30lb. propane tanks that will last approximately one week. Unit will not be released if ice conditions are questionable. 8" K-drill auger w/ electric drill and tow dolly available upon request. Gasoline powered ice auger operation inside the unit is prohibited. Propane fueled augers are ok. Four rattle reels will be pre-installed in the unit as well.
