Very nice, open campground with grass everywhere. There are different options for hook-ups. We are at 50amp electric only, because we're here for one night. $30 is worth it to run AC, as it's hot. Only a couple miles off the hwy in the city park. Watching little league games in the distance. There's a river running around the park, but hard to access through the greenery. Here on a Monday, so the town is not open, but it is very peaceful and we will stop here again.

Stayed here the other day. Very nice and quiet. Clean bathrooms and showers. Well kept property and nice owners. Very good price, would definitely recommend.

Used for an overnight twice now. Nice and peaceful when we were here. Only a few other campers. Water and electric only but has a dump station. Not too far from the highway and the price seemed to be the best in the area for what we needed.

The site was very reasonable for water and electric. We had site 4, which was a long back-in site. There was plenty of shade and the setting was quiet and peaceful. The little town of Montrose was cute and friendly. It was a little difficult to maneuver our 42' fifth wheel into place and the site was a little unkempt. It was in great need of some mowing/weed eating and there was a lot of trash in the fire pit. For the price, it was ok for an overnight.
