Your glamping adventure will be roomy with a large slide-out in the living room/kitchen area. This 32' trailer is super lightweight-- dry weight is 5,663 lbs, so it can be towed by many larger SUVs and trucks. This is perfect for families or responsible groups, sleeps 8 comfortably, and up to 10. 2 propane tanks for all your cooking and heating needs. Heat and A/C on board. 30 and 50 amp converters. We are happy to accommodate almost any situation, but will not rent for festivals. SLEEPING: Queen primary room with upgraded mattress, fold out couch fits 2, dining table converts to a bed to fit 1 adult or 2 children, bunk room with 4 bunk beds (1 full, 3 twin), or optional table/chairs with 3 bunks. Mattress protectors on all stationary beds. Linens and blankets included. Plenty of storage in bedrooms, including under-bed storage, 2 mirrored closets and above bed storage in primary bedroom and a cabinet and under bed storage in the bunk room. USB charging ports in bedrooms. ENTERTAINMENT: TV equipped with apps like Netflix, DVD player with a variety of DVDs, cable ready, Bluetooth connectivity for audio with speakers inside and outside, games for kids and family, activities for kids and adults, yard games, board games. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need for your adventure. Fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, gas stove with 3 burners, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses, beer glasses, coffee cups, bottle openers, cookware (pots, pans, baking sheets, utensils), cutting boards, coffee pot, oven mitts, trash can. Huge full sized pantry for dry goods. OUTDOOR KITCHEN: Gas stove, utensils for grilling, mini-fridge for convenient refreshments, and outdoor speakers to get your party started! Large awning with LEDs will create a fun outdoor atmosphere. We provide fold out chairs, lanterns. BATHROOM: Good sized shower/tub combo, sink with hand soap, toilet paper, plenty of cabinet space in the medicine cabinet, and towel cabinet stocked with bath and beach towels. Shower includes stocked shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Outdoor shower in the back of the trailer. CHILDREN AND PETS: Children of all ages welcome and encouraged! Dogs are allowed- we love our furry friends! We can provide bowls and waste bags. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture. Pet deposit of $250 required. OPTIONAL ADD-ONS: Dump fee: $100 Water fill fee: $50 Inflatable paddle board rental: $150 with $400 refundable deposit Bumper mounted bike rack rental: $30 Pet deposit: $250 SMOKING: No smoking of any kind inside the trailer.
