DELIVERY MAY BE AVAILABLE, THERE WILL BE A $150 SET UP AND TEAR DOWN FEE, PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST BEFORE BOOKING IF NEEDING DELIVERY. Brand new RV to enjoy on your camping trip! Sleeps 4 adults but will sleep up to 6 with smaller adults or children. Brand new upgraded queen mattress in bedroom. Will have all basic amenities, please let me know if there is something special you wish for your trip and i will do my best to accommodate you. We may be negotiable on the pick-up and drop off times, just let me know what you need and will try to accommodate you. Fully stocked includes linens, dishes and cookware. Please use rv toilet paper only. Pets are allowed however I require an additional deposit. Fresh water tank will be full upon pick up, please dump the gray/black water tank before return. Please clean up after yourself with the exception of linens, i will wash them. Make sure dishes/cookware is all cleaned and put away. $150 cleaning fee will be charged to clean upon return. Camper also has a fireplace for cozy winter nights. May have generator to rent for an additional cost.
