Only 3,100 lbs. VERY clean inside & out. we're flexible on pickup and drop off times. We disinfect the camper and also letting it sit for 24-48 hours before and after every rental. We are very concerned about our clients' safety. We want you to enjoy and relax on next your camping experience! Lots of extras (included in price) that make camping more like "glamping" in the great outdoors.! (We simply provide many of the little creature comforts of home to make your getaway a bit more glamorous.) Lots of storage! Extra large fridge and freezer, AM/FM/Bluetooth stereo, with inside and outside marine grade speakers, Coleman outside propane grill (with grilling tools), two 20 lb. propane tank(s), electric ball hitch jack w/light, 4 stabilizer jacks, Furnace, Hot water heater, hi-flo water pump, AC, full length power awning with LED light strip, electric brakes, deluxe mag 14" wheels and more! Amazing floor plan features large rear bunks with storage and usb ports, private rear bath with shower, separate toilet, ceiling vent fan, mid-kitchen with stove, range vent hood, sink, stainless steel microwave, large fridge and freezer, convertible dinette (with enclosed storage under seats), front queen bed with (hypoallergenic evergreen custom thick mattress) usb jacks, (with huge enclosed storage area underneath also accessible through exterior compartment door), lots of overhead cabinet storage, TV antenna with hook-ups (TV not included), 26" entry door vs. 22" on many models, large outside folding assist handle for EZ entry, friction hinged door that does not fly open at the slightest breeze, carbon monoxide detector, lp detector, fire extinguisher, safety glass windows, newly designed "stable steps" (no more wobbly stairs that pinch your knuckles and hands when you're trying to fold them away), inside monitor panel (for tank levels), outside porch light. We also provide a freshly laundered fitted sheet, basic kitchen/cooking supplies, toaster, coffee pot, large cooler, 4 camp chairs, Coleman propane grill plus more. Inside is lightly decorated for your enjoyment. Also, we added hooks for towels, clothing etc., broom/dustpan etc. Large holding tanks for this type of lightweight RV: Fresh water (32gal.), Grey water (23 gal.), Black (23 gal.) This Liteweight camper's dry weight is only 3,097 lbs. (GVW 3877 lbs)-which can be pulled with many vehicles other than full size pick-up trucks! You must have an electric brake controller in your tow vehicle, 2" receiver and a round 6/7 pin plug in. Our RV goes out clean inside and out for your enjoyment and comfort. We ask that it be returned clean. If you do not wish to do so or you don't have time, we'll do it for you for a $40 fee. We also ask that waste water tanks be emptied and flushed upon return. If you do not wish to or don't have time, we will do it for you for a $40 fee. We do not allow outside generators or fuel to be stored in this RV at any time. We also require that our renters choose and purchase the "Enhanced" insurance coverage -it costs approx $6 per day extra. Here's the reason -the Standard coverage does NOT cover falling objects (such as rocks falling from mountainsides), Standard does not cover glass breakage unless due to a collision-not from anything else that might break the RV's glass, nor does it cover riots or civil commotion-finally it does not cover power surges as a result of lightning (which can fry the RV's entire electrical system). Choosing the Enhanced policy also lowers your deductible from $1500 to only $1000. Please call me should you have any questions on this.
