A comfortable lightweight trailer that can be easily towed by an SUV. The slide out adds so much more space while the kids will love the bunkbeds. This trailer is perfect for small families or groups looking to get away, get a feel on owning a travel trailer, or simply needing a place to stay for a an event. Comfortably sleeps 4. Can sleep 5 when dinette is converted. This trailer will be stocked with everything you will need for your quick getaway. All rentals come with a full propane tank, charged house batteries, clean linens and empty tanks. Water tank can be partially or completely filled if needed. Trailer features propane/electric fridge, 6-gallon water heater, 2 burner stove, overhead air-conditioning, thermostat controlled heater, microwave, LED interior and exterior lighting, adjustable exterior awning, Bluetooth ready radio, interior and exterior speakers, and plenty of storage. Portable solar panels can be added to extend the house batteries if AC hookups are not available. A smokeless Solostove Ranger fire pit can added so you don't need to smell like a campfire going to bed. ALL RENTALS INCLUDE: • Memory Foam Mattress Topper with clean linens, comforter, and pillows for all beds. Also egg crate for dining bed for extra comfort. • Pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates, cups, bowls, eating utensils • RV toilet paper & paper towels • Bath Towels • Toaster • Cleaning supplies including dish soap, hand soap, multi-purpose cleaner, broom, dustpan, and trash • Leveling blocks • Water and sewer hoses • Electric 30-AMP adapter plug • Sway bars and a weight-distribution adjustable ball mount with a 2" ball to accommodate most vehicles. • Small Tool Kit/ owner's manual/ fuses • Full Size Spare Tire You will need a 7 way connector or an adapter, and a 2" hitch receiver to properly fit your vehicle. Highly recommend a brake controller. Small dogs are allowed (under 25 lbs) We request that you return the camper clean in the same condition it was rented to you. Please note pick up and returns times are 4:30 during the week. I suggest adding extra nights if these pick up and drop off times do not work. More flexibility if pickup or drop off is during weekends. Always confirm times for both drop off and pick up. We suggest you bring your own 20lb propane tank to save you a trip to having to refill the tank. We do offer pre-filled propane tanks for a nominal fee if you do not have a propane tank available.
