This Little Guy Max by Xtreme Outdoors offers the best of everything - small and easy to maneuver, while offering a spacious home away from home with 6'7 inches of headroom, lots of windows and every detail oriented for comfort and easy use. Tinted windows pop out to make open windows rain proof and have built in adjustable shades and screens. The stargazing window over the queen bed is fantastic! Even the entry door has a sliding screen door. There is a Thule awning above, complete with LED lighting, and pass through storage below. Every inch of the inside has been efficiently used to maximize storage, while the solid maple cabinets, tall pantry, 4 cu ft refrigerator, microwave and 2 burner gas stove make an efficient tiny kitchen. We are new to RV Share, but have tried to think of everything to make your stay comfortable. Linens, towels, dishes, Keurig coffee maker as well as a campfire coffee pot, coffees and teas, olive oil and spices, condiments, soaps and shampoos, indoor cooking pots as well as campfire cooking pans, camp chairs, and everything needed for campground hookups. You can take it on the road, stay at the farm, or we will deliver within 25 miles, which would include Paris Mountain (near the city of Greenville, SC) or Table Rock State Park in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. Park fees not included. Note to boondockers (those planning a destination without hookups): although the camper has solar power, it is only enough to power the lights, charger and water pump. Gas is available for the water heater and stove. There will NOT be enough power to run A/C or heat or the refrigerator. We are happy to provide a cooler with ice, extra blankets or a fan, just let us know in advance so we can supply the camper for your comfort and enjoyment. Although the manufacturer info says this camper sleeps 3, it would be difficult for 3 adults to be comfortable. The 2nd bed doubles as a dinette. Between December 1 and April 15, the camper is winterized, and only available for limited use. Min 3 days notice ideal, please and min 2 nights rental.
