You will need to supply your own paper products, firewood, charcoal, etc. DELIVERY: $150 minimum fee (determined by mileage). 5 DAY MINIMUM on deliveries over 20 miles & 3-holidays. We will level, stabilize, & connect all available hook ups. TOWING: You will need a 7- way connector, 2 & 5/16" ball, and trailer brake controller. Trailer weight- DRY 3815lbs, Hitch 330lbs, GVWR 4780lbs. Must provide insurance card on towing vehicle. No towing out west OFF GRID CAMPING (No electric/water connection available at the campsite) : A generator is required to keep the battery charged. If you do not have one you can rent one of ours. Fresh water tank- 30gal, gray water tank -36gal, black tank- 36gal. The fridge can run on electric/propane. The stove, furnace, & hot water heater are propane.
