We stayed in the smallest cabin which doesn’t have kitchen or bathroom and that was okay for us but we were hoping that the only thing that the cabin was going to have would be great ( I am referring to the bed) because of the price, but it wasn’t. The mattress that we got the first night was extremely bad, you could even feel the mattress springs in your back !!! Luckily, the next day, I complained about it, and they changed it but it was just okay. They definitely need to focus of cleaning better inside the cabin, there was so much dust everywhere and the mattress covers were dirty.
I do have to mention that all the amenities were great, the bathrooms were so clean and the location was perfect.

Our first trip here over thanksgiving and was a great place to stay the site was level easy hookups. The only issue we had the last night there was a camper that came in Saturday night ran there loud generator all night no fault to the park not sure why the used it there full hook ups. We will be booking again soon for our next trip

A beautiful park! One of our favorites during the fall color change along the river. Great customer service. Hard working staff in the park.
A couple of suggestions: Put some rock down in the muddy entrances to the basketball court and dog parks.
Do some more improvements to the gym.
Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice RV resort with cabins. We stayed her for a week which gives us a discount, check-in was a breeze, they filled our motorhome tank for a reasonable price. The also have a dog wash, a pool wit a lazy river, basketball court, a bounce pad that the kids love, and an RV wash which our motorhome can drive through. We love it her and will be back.

Our family had such an amazing stay at Sun Outdoors Pigeon Forge Resort! The first thing we noticed was how clean and well-kept the entire property is — everything feels fresh and inviting, which made it so easy to settle in and feel at home.
The amenities are a huge highlight! The kids loved spending hours floating in the lazy river and splashing in the pool, and there were tons of activities and fun spots just for them. It’s truly one of the most family-friendly resorts we’ve ever stayed at, with something for everyone to enjoy.
The location is another big win — right in the heart of Pigeon Forge, close to all the attractions, dining, and entertainment, yet still tucked back enough to feel peaceful and private.
We highly recommend Sun Outdoors Pigeon Forge Resort for families looking to create lasting memories. We can’t wait to come back!
