***** This Camper is DELIVERY ONLY ***** Our delivery schedule is limited, please reach out prior to requesting to book our camper. Deliveries and Pick ups are available on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday deliveries or pick ups are only possible if the location is very close to us and must be done very early in the morning or late in the evening. This 2020 Keystone Sprinter Fifth Wheel Bunkhouse has 1.5 baths! The bunkroom is perfect for teenagers that need their own space while camping. There are 4 TV’s, one in the master bedroom, one in the bunkroom, one in the living room and one in the outside kitchen. There is a ton of storage in the camper and a huge pantry! The outdoor kitchen has a nice size refrigerator, and a propane griddle. We have upgraded the water heater to a tankless water heater which means endless hot water and longer showers if you have full hookups. We have also added a third AC to the bunk room, so this camper can stay cool during summer months. This is our personal camper and it includes everything you need for a fun and memorable camping trip; all you need to bring is your clothing, food, and your own pillows. Sleeps up to 7 with 1 master bedroom, 1 futon sofa, 1 jackknife sofa, and 2 bunks. If you would like to have more than 7 occupants in the RV this will require prior approval. Please message me with the details. The camper includes all necessary kitchen and bath linens, as well as sheets and blankets for the main beds. Please bring your own linens for sofa beds. Please bring your own pillows. Kitchen includes plates, bowls, cups and coffee mugs. Pots, pans, colander, cutting board, mixing bowls, silverware, and utensils. There is a coffee maker, electric skillet, outdoor camp table, 4 camp chairs, and 1 outdoor camp rug. This Camper is Delivery ONLY! Delivery and set up within 50 miles is $150. It is $2.50 per mile after that up to 130 miles. Delivery price includes us setting up the camper, leveling it, hooking up the water and electric and sewer if there are full hook ups. It also includes us emptying the tanks when your rental is complete. We like to arrive at your campsite about 30 minutes before you plan to arrive so we are already set up and ready to do your walk through and sign the paperwork when you get there. ***** Sunday deliveries or pickups must be done after 1 pm please contact me to work out a delivery and pick up time***** If your campsite checkout time is prior to 1 pm and you are leaving on a Sunday please reserve an extra night at your campground. If you'd like to arrive at your campsite earlier than check in or check out later than check out, consider booking an extra day or two at your campground. We can deliver as early at 10 am and pick up as late as 5 pm without charging you for an extra camper rental day. This is a 50 Amp camper, you will need to reserve a 50 Amp campsite. Also, this camper is 37 feet long please make sure your campsite is big enough for this camper. After booking we will ask you for your campsite information to verify it is big enough. I’m sorry, We do not rent our camper for shows, events, festivals or private property stays. Add-Ons We offer a grocery pick up service for $30 so that your camper will be fully stocked and ready for camping. Our Sprinter is Pet Friendly! We love our dogs and take them camping with us! Pets are allowed with a one time $25 cleaning fee. Please be honest, if the camper is returned with pet hair on the bedding and furniture and the pet fee was not paid the fee will be deducted from your security deposit. If your pets are allowed on the furniture please bring blankets to cover the sofas to prevent scratching the material. We have a portable waste tank that can be added on for $20. This will be useful if you are staying at a campground without full hookups for longer than a 2 day weekend. The tote has four wheels, but you will need to have a towing ball on your vehicle to be able to transport the tank to the dump station at your campground and dump the tank. It will be your responsibility to dump the tank before we pick up the camper. If the tote tank needs to be dumped at pickup of the camper there will be a $50 dump fee deducted from your security deposit. Absolutely no smoking or vaping. Your deposit will be forfeited if camper has been smoked in.
