...tiable.) This RV has everything you need, from a queen-sized memory foam mattress topper to blackout curtains which really make it feel like you're back in your bed at home! It is very well suited to meal preparation with a propane stovetop and oven, microwave, toaster oven, electric induction eye, coffee maker and a 3- way fridge and plenty of storage! The a/c works great, and there's also a lot of airflow from the skylight fans. For heat, we use electric space heaters (or propane if not hooked up to electricity or in below-freezing weather). Even without a slide out you will still have plenty of space for up to 4 adults. The RV does sleep 8 -- if half of the people are child-size, but walking in the 'hall' gets crowded with that many people. The bathroom & shower are the normal RV size: considered tiny by many average Americans... manageable but not roomy. Although it's from '99, it has barely been used with only 39k miles on it. Even the generator has just over a hundred hours on it; very little considering how long they go for. Towels and sheets are provided, and basic shampoo, conditioner and body wash are on the wall of the shower. Pans, plates, bowls, mugs and silverware are provided, along with other serving dishes and a few spices. We took the RV on a 10k-mile trip out west in 2020, to many beautiful national parks! You'll have a great time renting my RV! It has successfully been used at the Bonaroo music festival. I will deliver and set up my Coachmen to campgrounds within a 20 mile radius of Chattanooga.
