Feel free to message us with any questions you might have about our RV. What’s included? Our RV stocked with sheets and a blanket for each bed, 4 sets of towels, hand towels and wash cloths, 4 sets of kitchen towels, toilet paper, set of 4 dinnerware (plates, bowls, cups and silverware), cooking utensils, bottle opener, wine bottle opener, pots, pans, skillets and cookie sheets. You will also find a 5-cup coffee maker, coffee filters, two propane tanks and a first aid kit. You'll find tons of storage throughout the RV, as well as his and hers closets in the bedroom. Just bring your groceries, toiletries, and comfy pillows. The camper’s dry weight is 5.3 lb., which means you will need to have a vehicle that has a towing capacity of at least 7 lb., such as a large SUV or pickup truck. The GVWR of this RV is 7.6 lb. We do require the tow vehicle to have an electronic brake control installed within the vehicle. You can check your vehicle towing capacity by putting the year, make and model into a google search. Our 2016 Toyota Tundra tows the trailer fine without any issues and without the use of a sway bar or a stabilizer hitch. Your vehicle must have a 7-pin round connector for the lights. Most vehicles with tow packages have this type wiring installed. There are a couple things we don't allow: No roof access without Owner’s written consent. No pets. Although we have two very spoiled Mini Aussie's ourselves and we absolutely LOVE our furry friends, unfortunately, we do not allow pets inside our RV. Absolutely no smoking. Smoking and/or vaping are prohibited inside the RV. Evidence of this action (including odor and debris) will be an automatic forfeiture of your $650 security deposit. No Beach Camping. We do not allow our RV to be parked directly on the beach. Sand and salt water causes too many problems. We don’t mind you taking the camper to festivals or beach-type camping, but the camper must come back free of sand on the floors, cabinets, beds and throughout. DUMP FEE: $100, if black and gray tanks are not dumped upon return. Cleaning fee: $75 (Required) Restocking fee: $25 (Required) Additional cleaning fee: $100 (An additional cleaning fee will apply if the RV is returned excessively dirty or with sand or dirt on the floors, cabinets, beds and throughout. In other words, please just clean-up after yourselves. Wipe up any spills and don't return our RV in a HOT MESS.) We love to use our camper when it’s not being rented. Please treat it with kindness and respect. Don’t forget to dump your waste. Please return the RV as clean as you received it. Thank you for your interest and don't hesitate to reach out to us with any questions!
