"We had a wonderful stay at Magnolia Fields RV Resort! The park is incredibly peaceful and well-maintained. Our concrete pad was level and had a nice grassy area with plenty of space between neighbors, making it feel like a private country retreat. We loved the natural, wooded surroundings and the on-site pond is a great bonus if you have pets. The laundry facilities are very clean, and the staff/management was incredibly welcoming. Highly recommend this spot whether you are staying for a weekend or a longer

Lived here for 5 months. Quiet, affordable and felt safe. Large lots with room to not feel on top of our neighbors. Ted the owner (on site) is fantastic. Never had power outage. Water only off when we got a freeze and it was planned and very well communicated. We would still be there if we hadn't bought a home. Would highly recommend.

I lived at Magnolia fields for 2 years, it's the best place ever. Ted the manager is a great guy very intuitive and attentive to the parks needs and the people in it. The cement pad was great, but I love the cement patio even better and my plants looked great there. There are separate restrooms for the guests to use with showers I never had to use the showers but the restrooms were always very clean. The lots are a decent size and the terrain is pretty flat so it's easy to walk around. The pond is a nice little attraction especially when it has Birds and if you look closely you can even see the turtles in there. If you're ever in the Houston area this is the RV park to go to, the rent is decent and so are the people that live there. It's nice and quiet and feels like you're in the middle of nowhere but it's only a mile to grocery store, restaurants and shopping.

Nice place to visit. Small quiet and secluded.Ted the manager keeps the property clean and safe. So much that I chose to stay here until I find a home to buy. Everyone stays to themselves but also attentive to the surroundings. My temporary home away from home! Highly recommend 👌

We had a reservation, but had to cancel. Hubby had visited the park before we had to cancel and I had phone calls with manager/owner Tedd. In every interaction we were so very impressed with Tedd’s easy, clear, professional yet personable manner. He helped make a potentially stressful situation simple and uncomplicated with his A+ customer service. We will stay here the next chance we can!
