Please call or text us before booking if you plan to attend one of these events so we can review eligibility, special event nightly pricing, applicable surcharges, cleaning fees, and any additional terms that may apply. Special event rentals are subject to event-specific nightly rates, surcharges, and enhanced cleaning fees, which vary depending on the event, destination, and duration of the rental. These charges will be disclosed and agreed upon prior to booking. Failure to disclose or obtain prior approval for attendance at a major festival or special event is a material violation of the rental agreement and will result in a minimum $5,000 unauthorized use fee, in addition to any applicable special event pricing, surcharges, cleaning fees, damage, repair, or other charges.
