What Guests Are Saying
Valley View RV Resort offers a very positive experience with friendly staff and a clean, well-maintained environment. Guests appreciate the spacious sites, excellent amenities, and enjoyable showers, while military aircraft airshows and nearby attractions like the Hill Air Force Museum enhance the stay. However, some issues were noted regarding restroom ventilation and laundry machine reliability, along with noise from the aircraft for those spending extended time at the resort.

My overall experience with this Valley view RV resort is very good. Staff and the owner are on site and they do everything to make for an enjoyable stay. They have all the amenities that you can think of, and the location of the resort is perfect! If you happen to be a lover of military aircraft, there seems to be an airshow happening every day and it’s off the charts great. In addition, you have the Hill Air Force Museum 10 minutes away.

Valley View RV Resort is conveniently located to I-80 so getting there is easy. They have a grand gated entrance and plenty of well marked parking for their check-in area. Check-in was a breeze. After we checked our host drove a golf cart and led us to our reserved spot and helped us back in. The spot was very spacious and clean and utilities were easily accessible. We had a great night.

What a wonderful place! This RV resort is a gem. The sites are ridiculously clean, the quality of the hookups is outstanding (e.g., the septic connections are clean and functional and undamaged, the water is high flow, good pressure, solid valve mechanism, the electrical box is clean and functional and undamaged), the staff are very polite and helpful, etc.
But the best part are the showers! They are very clean rooms, more than big enough, with plenty of flow, no strange temperature changes, and the room is well-heated which is much appreciated when it is cold and windy (which it often is in this location). My wife and son loved the showers also.
The dog run is clean, well maintained, and they have plenty of bags available. My two medium dogs loved it.
There is nothing they should change. This place is great!

I stopped by Valley View RV Resort to check it out since I'm considering doing a longer-term stay starting this spring. First impression: this place is impressively well done.
Huge shout-out to Berkely, who helped us while we were there. She was awesome: super approachable, helpful, and clearly someone who cares about the experience people have at the resort. She answered all of our questions and made the visit feel relaxed and welcoming instead of like we were interrupting someone’s day.
The grounds are clean and thoughtfully laid out, and the indoor facilities feel first-rate. Everything looked well-maintained and intentionally designed, which isn’t always the case with RV parks. This one actually feels like a resort, not just a place to park your rig and hope for the best.
I left thinking, “Yep… I could definitely stay here for a while.” If the rest of the experience is anything like our first visit, Valley View can be a great spot for an extended stay.
Also, bonus points for a place that manages to feel organized and relaxed at the same time—no small feat in the RV world.

Staff here is wonderful & its a very clean resort, & the hottub is AMAZING! but i have a few gripes.. the showers & the laundry.
The whole main building is very crisp and looks amazing. What i dont understand about that is how almost none of the restrooms have ventilation & there is ALWAYS an accumulation of standing water everywhere bc the floors isnt leveled into the drains. So the water just sits there. I just think the design of the bathroom is poor honestly.
Laundry machines were at about 50% working order the entire 4 months we stayed here. & the ones that did work didnt dry in one run. So some days it took us several hours to do 1 load of laundry.
Both of these i could look past..if i wasnt paying $1050 every month for AN RV SPOT. The cheapest one on compound at that.
So for the over 100 spots they have im sure they can afford to keep laundry machines running.
One more thing (which isnt their fault), the jet airplanes running all day every weekday is horrific. Sure its cool for 30 mins when you first get here but if you plan on spending alot of time on the resort, keep that in mind.
