This camper is very roomy and family friendly. the kids will sleep great in their bunk bed, the kitchen dinette, or even the on couch. Sleeps 6 for sure but with small children could sleep 7. Tankless hot water heater so if you are on full hookups you are ready to keep clean. You will need to provide your own linens. We do this in in an effort to keep the cleaning fee low. If you are not on full hookups we have two generators available to rent for an additional $30 a generator. One generator will charge your phone, run the TV, and charge the trailer batteries for lights and furnace fan at night. Two generators will run the A/C and microwave. Fuel cans are included for the generators. We also have a camp chef stove available for flat rate of $25. The camp stove includes a BBQ box. The bottom bunk flips up for storage and creates a large storage area accessible from outside. It's big enough to fit multiple mountain bikes. If you need to hold the kids inside momentarily, the television for the main area is large and the player will accept both blue ray and DVD. It also will connect to Wi-Fi. There is also television in the master. The trailer stereo only plays CDs and local radio. Its a fairly large trailer so you will need a larger half ton truck or larger to tow. A stabilizer hitch is provided. We will have cooking utensils available in the trailer but you will need to provide your own plates, flatware, pots, and pans. Again, bringing some of these items from home ensures you'll have what you need and allows us to keep the cleaning fee very low. The trailer does not have an awning but to be honest that is better for you. Camp trailer awnings are the most easily damaged part of any RV. Without it you have decreased your chance of an insurance claim drastically. If you are concerned about shade we will rent you an popup style shade tent $15 dollars.
