What Guests Are Saying

Southern Utah RV Resort is highly praised for its attentive and friendly staff, particularly sisters Mrs. Kryste and Mrs. Bree, who provide excellent customer service. The property is clean, well-maintained, and offers a variety of amenities, including a small pool, outdoor activities, and spacious sites. While the location is convenient, some noise from the nearby road may be a minor drawback, but overall, guests express a strong desire to return and recommend the resort.

We stayed overnight and we were impressed with how well appointed this property was. It is clean and well cared for. Pool is small, but enough to do its job cooling you off in some Utah sun. Clubhouse amenities were really nice. Outdoor activity area was loaded with mini golf, giant Jenga, Sport Court, Playground, and more. Really a great place to reset for the whole family. Property is a part of Harvest Host. Unable to apply our Harvest Host night due to last minute stay, but would come back to apply it.

This RV resort is impeccable, with very attentive staff. I researched a couple other places, and chose SURV instead. SO glad I did. They pay attention to every detail. It was quiet, clean, and very welcoming. The grounds are extremely well kept. They don't charge extra for every little thing, like each dog, or each kid. Just a flat rate. They go above and beyond-- for example, the wind came up and I immediately received a mass text for all guests to secure our camper awnings so they wouldn't be damaged. The dog parks are nice, and pickle ball was so fun! Very kid-friendly too. The pool and hot tub are nice. Showers are walk in and clean. Dog friendly place, but you'd hardly know there were so many dogs there. Location was close to all the amenities and the interstate. We were close to many areas of recreation (Snow Canyon, Sand Hollow, shopping, restaurants, etc). We will definitely be back to SURV!

My Family and I love this park so much! It has the most spacious sites for both of our car. We had such a blast this time around and, I just have to say what a sweetheart Marisa is at the front desk. She was so kind, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. It’s such a comfort to be greeted by someone with such lovely manners and a genuine smile. You don’t get that nowadays. I will say, the road can get a bit noisy from time to time but, that’s to be expected with how convenient the location is to the freeway. We will be back soon.

We absolutely love Southern Utah RV Park & Resort. This was our second time staying here and it did not disappoint. The park is immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and the managers and staff are seriously some of the nicest people.

They do community activities, and we happened to be there for their Valentine’s breakfast, which was such a sweet and thoughtful thing for them to do. They didn’t have to do it at all, but they went above and beyond with egg casserole, bacon, fruit, pancakes, hot chocolate and it was awesome.

The only thing I’d love to see is a gluten-free option besides fruit and bacon.

The pads are gravel and very well leveled, super wide, and you never feel cramped. The daily garbage pickup was such a nice bonus too.

If I had to suggest anything, it would be making it fully gated for an even more luxury and secure experience. It’s obvious they take pride in their property. We were extremely happy with our stay and highly recommend this place.
