Welcome to your home away from home! This 2022 Forest River Cherokee 274BRB travel trailer has everything you need to make your next camping trip comfortable and enjoyable. With a spacious interior, modern amenities, and sleek design, you'll feel right at home in the great outdoors. Inside, you'll find a master bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed and plenty of storage space for your clothes and gear. The bunkhouse in the rear features double bunk beds that can comfortably sleep up to four people. The U-shaped dinette and sofa also convert into beds, providing additional sleeping space for up to four more people. It sleeps 8 comfortably, with room for 10. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an 11 cu ft. refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, and sink, as well as ample counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs. The bathroom, with its own exterior door, has a shower, toilet, and sink, along with plenty of storage for your toiletries and towels. Other features of this RV include air conditioning and heating, a large awning for outdoor shade and relaxation, an outdoor kitchen stove, mini fridge, and dual burner stove, a Bluetooth stereo system with indoor and outdoor speakers, and more. We also provide linens for the Master bedroom, towels (x4), and kitchenware to make packing for your trip a breeze. IMPORTANT: RV Rental Delivery and Set-Up Only. Then enjoy all the comforts of home in the great outdoors! Things I love about our travel trailer: 1- Layout is ideal for family time. Dinette is extra wide, couch faces dinette, huge pop out, electric fireplace and a great sound system. 2- Master bedroom is a separate room with a door. 3- Dinette bed is wide enough that a full-size adult can sleep on it. 4- USB B charging stations everywhere. 5- Large refrigerator. 6- Bathroom has an exterior door. We don't track dirt and mud through the entire trailer when using the restroom. 7- Huge windows and kitchen skylight make the interior space extra bright. Things to know before you rent our trailer: 1- It is HOT in Southern Utah. Our AC unit is the largest they make at 15,000 BTU. However, when it is over 100 degrees and you are parked in an RV park with no shade (i.e. Sand Hollow, Quail Lake, etc.) the RV will still be warm in the afternoon. If you personally like the unit to be kept at 70 degrees (21 C) you will need to rent our standalone window unit and be at a campground with 50A service. 2- It is MILD in the winter in Southern Utah but still freezes. If our unit is winterized (November - March) and we need to de-winterize it for your desired rental dates, there may be a winterization fee to cover the cost. 3-We LOVE Sand Hollow resort, however due to the risk of getting stuck in the sand we do not deliver to any of the primitive sites. 4- While our unit does technically sleep 10, we have found that the jackknife couch is only comfortable for kids because it is so short. We have also found that the upper bunkbed is also not super fun for adults unless you have experience as a contortionist in the circus. 4- We do NOT have a TV in our trailer by design. Jenny and I decided when we bought the trailer that we wanted a little less screen time and a little more family time when we were traveling. It has proven successful. Hope you too make some memories around the dining room table. 5- For the best possible experience, please let us know if it is your first time in an RV. I (Ryan) LOVE to share our trailer with first time users but RVing is different from staying at a hotel and I want to make sure you know what to expect.
