Comfortably sleeps 4 adults, but the full size bunks each have a capacity of 300lbs. So if you are traveling with kids, you can sleep up to 6 with 2 kids per bunk! Enjoy the king size master bed! Have dogs? Bring them along, I say. Rainy day? Enjoy the Playstation, puzzles, and games. Sunny days- Enjoy the outdoor fridge for your adult beverages and grill those burgers, hot dogs, and salmon underneath the awning. Do we need sleeping bags and our own bedding? What about towels and washcloths and toiletries? Absolutely not. Enjoy soft sheets, pillows, and duvets, guaranteed cleaned with every rental. Beach towels, bath towels, washcloths, soap & shampoo/conditioner supplied. Just bring your toothbrushes and food! The site doesn't have an outdoor table? No worries, we've got you covered! We have an outdoor table and benches for the surround. Roasting sticks for those s'mores, a complete dining set for 6, and all the cooking utensils. What if I am off grid and there are no hookups? We have a propane and electric generator for those trips, supplied upon request. But I don't have a way to transport the travel trailer- delivery can be requested for an additional fee, dependant upon owner's availability and distance. Make beautiful memories with family & friends by enjoying our home away from home! Can use a 1/2 ton to tow, but would recommend a 3/4 ton truck. Included: Fresh linens, eatery for 8 people, crock pot, pots & pans with cooking utensils, breakfast trays, shampoo & conditioner, body and hand soaps, cookware, French press for coffee, outdoor grill, dining ware, outdoor rug, Playstation 4, puzzles, games, TV, outdoor speaker system
