Welcome to our 2018 Coachman Apex Ultra Lite 245BHS. We purchased this trailer in Feb.2018 for our family of five to create memories together. When we are not able to use it we rather it is enjoyed it instead of it sitting in storage. The first thing to know to qualify for the rental is you must have a vehicle that is has a towing capability of 7200GVW and has a brake controller installed. This Travel Trailer is set up with a weight distribution hitch. Here is the information about our trailer :) It sleeps 5 people comfortably with a separate queen bed living area, two double bunk beds (250lb weight limit) and a pedestal dinette table that turns into a full size bed. The interior and décor composed of Ambrosia Ash cabinetry, overhead bedroom cabinets, sealed edge countertops, congoleum flooring, mini-blinds – throughout, U-shaped dinette with sliding door storage access, energy efficient LED interior lighting, LP leak alarm, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector. The galley includes an: stainless steel microwave, stainless steel 3-burner cooktop with oven, stainless steel double door refrigerator, power LED lighted range hood and a stonecast double bowl sink. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, plates, cups and bowls, bbq tools, cutting boards, wine opener, grater, peelers, cups, mugs and everything else you would need to enjoy your meals. This trailer does not include linens. The bathroom has many great features including, a foot flush toilet, tub with glass shower doors. A water heater bypass valve, demand water pump, 6-gallon gas/elec. DSI hot water heater. For your comfort, the trailer includes heat and A/C, 55 amp power center, outside receptacle GFI, TV antenna with cable TV hookups and a TV that swivels 180 degrees for viewing both the main living area and the bedroom. AM/FM/Bluetooth stereo. There are multiple USB charging stations throughout the trailer as well as conveniently placed plugs. While hanging outside the trailer, our powered awning will create a covered living area and enjoy the outdoor cooking area which includes a Coleman stove and mini fridge. Also, enjoy some music piped out through outside speakers with LED lights (2). This trailer is truly set up for camping in style with full hookups or going off the grid by running off of propane, a battery, and 30-gallon water tank. To have fun and not worry about packing everything, we have included DVDs, card games, an outdoor rug, chairs, ladder chair game, rug for the kitchen, welcome mat, and a mini broom. Time for you to start making memories with your family and friends. We look forward to meeting you! (We do screen renters for proper vehicle capabilities, as well as personal towing history. We also require insurance coverage documentation either via RVshare or independent coverage specific to our trailer and dates of rental). Also, any items used and not returned will be charged for. Optional services are available for a charge: Propane Tank re-fill (They go out full) Waste Disposal (We can recommend places to dump if needed ahead of returning to avoid the charge and time)
