Sleeps up to 10 if adults and kids, otherwise 6 adults comfortably. Private queen master bedroom in the front with a brand-new-in-the-summer-of-2024 mattress and a separate motorized (!!) double bunk room in the rear. With the push of a button you can retract the double bunks up to the ceiling and create space for hanging out or playing. The private queen and bunk beds all have mattress covers - just bring your own sheets or sleeping bag and pillows. Power slideout, large power awning, and dual entrances (main and rear) which allows for ultra convenient in and out access to the bathroom. The perfect set-up for glamping. Ceiling fan, heater and A/C all available to optimize your comfort. The fully stocked kitchen has a refrigerator with a freezer, 3 burner stove, oven, and microwave. Coffee maker, cookware, dishes and utensils, too. The dinette comfortably seats 4 and can be made into a double bed. The adjacent cozy couch with oversized luxe seating easily seats two adults or several kiddos to curl up and relax or tuck into a movie. This couch also pulls out into a double bed. A TV/DVD player on the entertainment wall has a pull out arm to adjust for your viewing pleasure. The full bathroom features a toilet, sink with vanity mirror, and tub/shower. Body wash, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, hand sanitizer and hair dryer all included. Linen closet comes stocked with bath towels, hand towels, kitchen towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent sheets, and clothing hangers. This rental is for a family-friendly camping experience. No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, or otherwise) inside. No festivals. No tailgating. No car racing events of any kind. Sorry, no pets. Bonus: generator is included in the rental, if desired.
