Brand new 2020 Forest River 304BH (1/2 ton towable) with electric tongue/stabilizer jacks. 3 slide outs, VERY roomy, and sleeps 11. Queen bed up front, jack knife sofa and dinette in living area, then in back room there's 3 bunks with another jack knife sofa. 32” smart tv, zoned heat and A/C units (separate thermostat for back room), outdoor kitchen with ice maker, indoor/outdoor bluetooth stereo system, 15' awning, outdoor shower, 1 fresh water tank, 2 grey water tanks, 1 black water tank. 2 propane tanks to run applicances except for AC and microwave, which will require 30 amp power (cord included). The camper will come with some pots and pans, cooking and eating utensils, coffee maker, RV toilet paper, and linens for the queen bed only. The camper is approx. 8600 lbs dry, and is considered to be 1/2 ton towable. Ensure your vehicle is capable of handling the load. The tow vehicle will require a stabilizer hitch with a 2 5/16" ball along with a 7 pin electrical connector for the brakes on the trailer. No exceptions. I have the hitch that can be available if you have a tow vehicle. If delivery is needed and/or wanted, please contact me prior to booking. The camper will be returned in which the renter received it. Cleaned, tanks pumped and drained, and with no damage. No festivals.
